Tracking & Information Updates

• Duties Prepaid: The total amount you pay at checkout already includes all applicable import duties, VAT, and consumption taxes for your destination country. You will not need to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery.

• Smoother Customs: Because duties are prepaid, your package typically clears customs faster, reducing the chance of long inspections. If customs requests documents, we will handle the process and will not charge you extra.

• Platform Pre-collection: The taxes collected by our platform are remitted to the destination country's customs authorities on your behalf, ensuring your order enters the country legally and compliantly.

Address Accuracy

• Your Responsibility: Changing an address for an international shipment is extremely difficult and costly. Please double-check the recipient's name, full street address (including apartment/suite number), postal code, and phone number carefully at checkout.

• Incorrect Addresses: If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. However, you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the package internationally.
